  • Nothing is removed from the contract – all provisions including metal protection and no PBS remains.
  • Signing Bonus $1500
  • Profit Sharing – participation through 2015 payout.
  • Incentive Pay – Increased. Qualification 225 200-330 hours per quarter – new monthly average 67-110 (improved from 75-110 per month)
  • Furlough Protection – Extended through Contract amendable date Dec 31, 2014.
  • Satellite Base Implementation – i.e. (LAX, DEN, SFO, IAD, ORD)
    • Priority right to return to previous base transferred from if need for reduction
  • Flexibility:*
    • Down line Check-in reduced from 24hrs to 12hrs prior to dead head departure time
    • FA to FA trade reduced automation time from 6hrs-3hrs of the earliest trip involved FA to FA trade permitted prior to check-in at base through exceptions provided both are present (legalities permitting)
    • Reserves may advertise trip picked-up or assigned up to 6 hours prior to departure. If trip is picked up, you are released for the length of assignment.
    • Sick calls for line holders will be automated through CCS provided that it is submitted by 9am local base time day prior. (All other sick calls will be handled through scheduling)
  • Labor Management Partnership Agreement: The Company shall meet with the Union every month to resolve issues of mutual interest – a new and positive approach to working together addressing any and all concerns with the company.
  • Duration: Amendable December 31, 2014
